You are incorrect about that federal judge. In fact, in a couple of books written about the matter, a federal judge admonished the federal government for not being more forthcoming about the matter.
You may have read some article that says otherwise, but I've talked with the author of one of those books and read MANY direct transcripts from the trial itself.
I'm sure you'd rather believe the lamestream press, which supports your worldview; continue to do so by all means.
