My hope is that Congress will knock it on its ass and instead come up with something a lot less destructive. Thats pretty optimistic. Methinks, in order to court the Hispanic vote...this will NOT happen.

After today, I no longer have the hope that Congress will knock it down. On the contrary, I believe Bush will get most of what he wants.
