FYI: Rasmussen's instant poll (1/8/04) placed Republican support for the plan at approximately 60% -- many still undecided!

Today's FoxNews/Opinion Dynamics Poll (1/7-8/04), taken AFTER the President's speech, records an INCREASE in the President's job approval rating from +18 in December to +27 now. The President's likability rating is at +42! [NOTE: The President's job approval rating among Republicans remained the same at 86% approval!]
