Yes that's true they work under false pretenses....... But the proposal includes a government tracking system... I don't know what that that entails but it may include a computerized data base of those approved to enter and work. If so the approved name has to be on it or they can't be hired. If the name is on the list then the employer can't be held accountable or sanctioned for hiring someone that has gotten by the government's approval process. JMO.

Creating a government tracking system with an approved list of workers changes nothing. You are still back to the dilemma of the employee saying my name is Joe Blow and here is my "ha hah ID" It is no better than the terrorist watch list that a 6 year old girl with the same name as a terrorist hold up a flight in Paris. Biometric ID is the only answer.
