Have you noticed things are starting to look a little different at PHXnews?

Yes, we’re growing like crazy and tons of new members are signing up daily, but we’ve also angred the Arizona media establishment.

A dominant Arizona newspaper sent PHXnews a lawsuit threatening letter demanding that the users of our site stop posting their entire news story on PHXnews.

WARNING: If PHXnews notices that you are continuing to post their articles without following the Post Proceedures listed below, we will have to ban you from the site.

So, please help keep us out of court!

When PHXnews was just a small news forum, the Arizona newspapers really didn’t seem to care, but now that PHXnews is growing at an alarming 25% each month and bringing in well over a million hits a month, things are a little different.

Probably the AZ Republic. They have a MAJOR love-fest with Butch Napolitano.

Looks like a pretty good forum...if I was in the Phx area I'd sign up.

I don't blame the newspaper. The last thing in the world that they want is to have anybody read what they're printing.
