Well, I took it differently. I didn't see pandering, but rather a way to get a handle on who is in our country.

One of two things will happen - either the illegals will ignore the program, which will keep the status quo, or the flow of illegals will increase. This will by no means stem the flow.

The one thing that's been said through this that gives me hope is that Congress has to approve it. I.E., we still get a say.

I'm still furious, but my blood pressure is starting to come back down.
