How? They won't vote for him because they can't, not because they're incapable, but because it's against the law for a non-citizen to contribute to the electoral processes. If Bush wins the election from the cemetary vote, the dogs, non-citizens or fabricated voters, or any other illegal means, I'll be the first to gripe. These illegal tactics are Democratic tactics.
