I'm confused, how does this stop illegal immigration Mexico. From what I gather it allows those here illegally to stay.

The astounding thing is that anyone should pay $18/hr for the amazingly skilled trade of applying paint to a surface. There are many jobs requiring four-year degrees that pay less.

That's what I was thinking... I make about that much now, but with a chemical engineering degree and several years of experience. And I guarantee I'd enjoy painting more.
