First, its not my proposal but Sabertooth's. Second if you had bothered to read the sentences after the one you posted, you would have refuted your own point.

Not at all. My point, if you'd pay attention, is not whether I agree or disagree, but that anything that costs more money will upset those who have labeled themselves the 'real conservatives.'
