ABP Sensors Prove Worth on Border
Ten Suspected Border Intruders Caught on Night Camera

Ten suspected border intruders (SBIs), probably Brazilians, are caught on ABP's infrared camera. Moments later the group spotted the camera crew and ran into the woods.
Team Uses Sensor Data to Catch Border Crossers In the Act
Cochise County, Arizona (ABP) -- Using a report from a ground sensor, an American Border Patrol surveillance team was able to get close-up video of ten suspected border intruders last Friday night. The sensor reported that ten people were on a trail northbound from the border. The ABP surveillance crew moved into position and captured ten people on its infrared camera. Three were apprehended by the U.S. Border Patrol.

Watch the video. I live right under the arrow. My cube-mate at work and the Secretary of the Republican Club where I serve as President live right under the tip of the arrow.

Keep in mind that ABP had to develop these sensors themselves. I've been in their HQ and seen them actually etching the circuit boards and soldering the components. They designed the software that tracks the sensor hits, etc. These guys are amazing. Their sensor network will extend along the border down here and wrap around the nearby military installation to track the comings and goings of the invaders.

It was even more fun last Tuesday night. Two smugglers crashed a truckload of herb through the border fence right in front of the video team. Cuffed, stuffed, and off to jail.

Alas, I am afraid with tomorrows's announcement looming, it is too late for technological innovation to stem the tide where there is no will to enforce the law.

I have been willing to accept much from Bush but with this he has crossed a fault line.

Why spend money on sensors? Money would be better spent on claymores and spanish "keep out" signs.

This is great stuff. I have to admit though, the red recording light on the video camera gave away the recording? I'm really surprised this one got past the system designers.

Fact: What was supposed to be a one and only time amnesty by Reagan has resulted in 10 to 14 million criminals living in America. They were waiting for the 2nd and last amnesty.

Questions: Ask our deceptive President when will we have the 3rd and final amnesty. What will the numbers be and what color flag will be flying over the White House when it happens?
