Gee, I thought this could never happen here, since we have a first amendment. The 1st Amedmnet only restricts government behavior. There is no constitutionally-protected freedom of speech at one's place of work.

The HP posters, which carried the slogan "Diversity is Our Strength," were part of an effort to promote the computer and printer maker's bid to hire and retain a diverse work force. Well, their customer base has just become less diverse by one Barnacle.
