you're talking down to someone who has been kicked out of class because he wouldnt shut up when the "gubmint" schools tried to give the class wrong or debatable information. i would appreciate it if you would not talk down to me as if you had a clue how i think and who i am.

i also understand the practice of containment. the way you worded it though, it seemed you were trying to spin reagan into a liberal. try seperating your thoughts more.

Reagan was the best of his times, and a conservative of the New Deal 'order,' which in many respects makes him a 'liberal', even if a conservative in his day.
