It sounds like a winner any way I read it. I know nothing about the inner workings of the USO except what is posted at the top of this thread, which I must say does not shed a good light on their mission -- which is in part, to encourage and edify the military, right? I don't understand their problem with FR but it sounds like a case of
Good Jettison.
On with the Canteen!
