yea, as funny as it is he can surely get into trouble...when i was in the Navy we did this kinda stuff in the bar(s) so that the Chief of the Boat didn't hammer us the next day........... (Captain Who is Nic Named Chicken of the Sea????...)

In this case, I don't know any 1sgt who would have the heart to punish him...he deserves a medal.

I said, this could be construed as disrespectful(especially by the beast)... Being disrespectful is not illegal. She is not in his chain-of-command so any Army rules or regulations about being desrespectful to someone in the chain-of-command do not apply. And nobody gives a flying fig about what Hillary may or may not construe. She hasn't yet been deified.

LOL.....I've GI's that got in trouble for a lot less...it' usually an Article 15 or an apology to *victim* You can't get an Article 15 unless it also is grounds for a court-martial. The Article 15 is like a plea bargain to a lesser punishment -- you always have the option of not accepting it and forcing the CO to go to court-martial. That said; just which UCMJ article would he be violating here?

I smell Photoshop...
Definitely NOT PS. I checked the header and no Adobe product (or Corel or Paint Shop) has touched this picture. It's authentic and probably straight from a digital camera.
