Einstein was a pacifist. Big difference. It was a philosophical view that changed when reality intruded.

I doubt it..more than likely he'll just be transferred to another district and still maintain his status, after all he resigned on his own he wasn't reprimanded. Shuffled around like the pedo priests.

I know all about the incident, and I must say, I find it very hard to believe that my statement is the MOST ignorant thing you've EVER seen. Oh really? You must lead quite a sheltered life...

But to the point, I cannot fathom your preference for such rampant, overzealous, law enforcement...

Then the school district, police department and taxpayers of that district can cough up the money for the court judgements. Maybe then the voters will start removing the people in charge.

Einstein was a socialist. He wrote essay entitled: "Why I am a socialist."

They found no evidence of drug dealers. Not even a single joint.

However, there is documented evidence of grown men under color of law aiming sidearms at innocent school children.

No surprise. The Principal, and all involved in this moronic raid were complete idiots.

One of the most unprofessional actions I have ever witnessed.

Then pretend I said it and address it.

OK, I think is silly point. We do not make laws because of how easy or how hard it is to enforce them. We are not so very shallow. In Wild West of 1950s movies I see in childhood I imagine it is hard to "enforce" law against murder with murderers everywhere and only one Gary Cooper. But this difficulty does not mean it should not be against law to kill somebody. Other law may be easy for state to enforce - but that does not mean they are good law.

That's not what Einstein was saying at all.

He was saying that the cure - Prohibition - was far worse than the disease - alcohol use - creating more crime than the initial alcohol use ever caused.

It may be helpful for you to read up on the experiences that the United States had with alcohol prohibition in the 1920's. Prohibition created organized crime in this country. When the people realized that making alcohol illegal had caused far worse problems than it solved, they did away with prohibition. Unfortunately, too many people are making a living off of the drug war to do away with it.

This is no longer a place for the law abiding. America itself has changed.

Right. So when the thugs holding those kids at gunpoint get hadcuffed to a pole so the kids' moms can have a few whacks at their faces with a tire iron, then justice might be fully served.

True enough. But the principal did schedule the raid for a time of day when it was known that the majority of students on campus would be black.

I'm not surprised. It was just a matter of time. What a career-killer.

Then this is other question - one of cost-benefit analysis. And in this case, ability not to well enforce law is certainly cost that must to be taken into account. But this is not what Herr Einstein, this useful-idiot socialist was saying. No, implies that enforce-ability should to be prime ground for judging worth of such law, and that is foolishness.

George McCrackin will learn that in the current American environment it is better to just look the other way, let it go, don't make waves.....do nothing! This is no longer a place for the law abiding. America itself has changed. America will get what it allows: drugs, corruption, hatred, abortion, and disrespect for law.

I agree. We need to obliterate civil rights (and human rights eventually) in order to end the cancer that is crime and immorality. AT ALL COSTS!!!! VEE VILL CRUSH ZEE CRIMINALS!
