I received an email that Judge Baird WAS REMAINING ON THE CASE. Is Baird on or off? Anybody know for sure? Ron Panzer stated today that Baird REMAINS ON THE CASE.

Khouzam's assistant is under the impression Judge Khouzam has taken over all Baird's cases. According to daylate, this switch was in the works last year. The reports of an employee betting poll on Terri's life may relate to Baird's reassignment on cases he would normally retain control of until their conclusion.

Certainly any improprieties surrounding his comments and handling of the case would warrant his removal, even if Baird thinks they are insignificant. After all, this is the same bozo who refused to recuse himself for voicing his opinion that Terri's Law is "presumptively unconstitutional" even before he had seen Bush's response.
