Erm... I took them at their word that there would be a Ramadan attack. Nope, nada. Then there was to be a Christmas/New Year's attack. Zippo, zilch.
Wake me up when they remember how to wire a bomb, if there's any AQ left who can do that without blowing themselves up in the process.

Just because they haven't attacked doesn't mean they didn't have plans to attack. Maybe their plans were thwarted.
