Most important of these repercussions is that this is a sin against one of the Islamic tenets.

Notice how the words Saddam arrest were inserted in the sentence where they don't fit...like someone remembered it after the fact....read the whole thing......and see how the speech flows then hits "Saddam arrest".....then resumes it's flowery Arab doublespeak.
