I thought about this when the shoe bomber incident first ocurred. The security started to check everyone's shoes. I thought this security stuff could get pretty intense if these people start shoving it up their orifices. People complain about having to take off their shoes!

The lower orifices are most convenient, sure. But people have also put bombs in sinus cavities. With a surgery, you could put an explosive anywhere in the body. We are talking suicide bombers, so why not a surgery?
