[history]
THE OLD, TIRED IDEA that America has only a finite number of jobs -- and that we must guard them zealously against raids from cheap foreign labor -- has been making a remarkable comeback. The only difference is that its upside-down view of the economy has plumbed new depths.

From this one statement, this board can only surmise that you support the taxation on earnings and profit which penalizes the success of American citizens instead of requiring equal treatment in exchange of goods and services from foreign powers. Instead of? Bwaaaaaaaaaaahahahaha. You mean, you honestly think taxes or tariffs are necessary? Like, you have to have one or the other? Hahahhahahahahahaha. Dude, I gotta hand it to you. Funny stuff.

"What kind of business did you run?"
Two consulting, one software enterprise business, thank you very much. What kind of businesses ahve you run? Oh that's right, NONE. You depend on others to make your living because you are incapable of doing it yourself.
"It's an amazing testament to America that people as dumb as you can own businesses."
Not really. Hell, proof of that is the NEA ability to produce people like you.
"Well, you do live in Florida after all."
I notice once again your ignorance. What's your state income tax rate again? Mine is ZERO. So choosing to live in a state where you pay homage to the state and federal .gov makes you smarter? I think, as most others would, not.

You still don't have an "About" page. You seem to have more than your share of fixations with "about pages" and "are you extremely happy" issues. Not to mention the propensity you and your gang has with questioning the patriotism of anyone who doesn't tow your line. Come to think of it, you don't just question the patriotism of those who don't agree with you, you come right out and denounce them, one and all, as being people who "hate" America. Funny, I thought that the hate-mongers were the ones who have been screaming for new laws against "hate crimes." As if anyone who doesn't see things as you do is hateful. In any event, your responses this evening have been quite revealing. Thanks for letting everyone here know without any doubt what it is you are all about.

" Are you really asking me how federal tariffs/taxes on American businesses hurt those businesses? You're joking, right?"
Ah, so you are admitting your ignorance of history. So we are to erase America from 1776 to 1932 and just take your FDR neo-socialist version as the prime example of what and where America should be. It's too bad you can not answer the question. You sound familiar; Sam Donaldson is that you and your sheep?

I do? Actually, I'm doing just fine, economically. Glad to hear you are as well.

" Pinging your friends to every post you make is pretty lame. I guess you need help defending taxes on American businesses."
They asked to be entertained. It's like watching the bulls in Mexico get stabbed repeatedly in a bullfight. How does it feel? I've always enjoyed it myself, watching of course.

Thanks for letting everyone here know without any doubt what it is you are all about. "Everyone"? Texas_Dawg and Monroe DNA have been defending themselves against a bunch of Buchananites.
Hardly "everyone," unless you think FR is made up of tariff-lovers.
It ain't.

That is the language he cloaks himself in - like a chameleon, making himself seem like someone who care about America and President Bush, while deflecting attention away from his views.

Ahh, a Clintonite. No memory and everything else is probably as short.
Refer to every posting in my history here. I hate taxes. You live in a state which double taxes all individuals. I only pay Federal taxes. So, to quote you, "Hahahhahahahahahaha. Dude, I gotta hand it to you. Funny stuff."

So we are to erase America from 1776 to 1932 I think the American economy in 2003 is a little stronger than it was in 1932, don't you?
We also had slavery from 1776-1863. Do you support re-instating that? It would protect many manufacturing and farm jobs... you know?

47. After 25 in the military. At what age did you own your first business? Oops, never mind.
" I do? Actually, I'm doing just fine, economically."
So what do you do for a living? You asked me and I answered hotshot. Let's see how honest you are.

Well, they demanded I create a home page. So I did. It's the American and Capitalist way. But I'm sure they'll take the Soviet model and bitch about it. LOL!

Texas_Dawg and Monroe DNA have been defending themselves against a bunch of Buchananites. Come on, now... Orangedog and Beck's man, Pat, did get the support of almost an entire 1/2% of Americans in the last election. And I'm sure a lot more would have voted for him if it weren't for the black helicopters hovering just outside their bunkers.

47. Congrats. I guess I've got 22 years to work with then. Geez... I better hurry up and think of something.
So what do you do for a living?
I'm in institutional equity sales.
