What do we do when Al Qaeda decides to do surgery a la cocaine/heroine dealers in Centra/South American countries - breast implanations of drugs is not uncommon? Implanting C4 in the body, with the mule carrying the triggering device is not unthought of.

Let's just hope that the searches that the TSA conducts are thorough enough to detect the triggering devices, even if they are on 3 different people.

I wonder if this was the reason for the first hold of a BA flight from IAD->LHR. Someone on the incoming flight left behind an "item of interest" (to use the FBI/TSA quote) which was feared to be used on the outbound flight by someone else.
