Egyptian plane crashes, 141 on board
Saturday, January 3, 2004 (Cairo):
An Egyptian charter plane with 135 passengers and six crew members on board crashed into the Red Sea early today.
The plane was headed for the coastal resort of Sharm-el-Sheikh, Cairo airport officials said. Most of the passengers were French tourists.
Pieces of wreckage from the plane, a Boeing 727, operated by a private Egyptian Company Flash Air were found off the coast of the Red Se resort of Sharm-el-Sheikh.(PTI)
