If you're taking about the Jewish idea of the Golem, the moral is that one shouldn't play GOD/use magic ( the Rabbi is a Kabbalist ), and stuff like that. It's an early version, of sorts, of " FRANKENSTEIN ", but I doubt that Mary Shelly ever heard of this much ealier fable.

OK, I have to stay up a teeny bit longer......

My favorite scene is Elendil, when she slays the leader of the Nazgul.

The Nazgul says, "No man can kill me! At that moment, Marry stabs the Wraith in the back with an Elven blade, which momentarily makes the Wraith take on an Earthly form. At that moment, Elendil thrusts her sword into the head of the Nazgul while it was weakened, killing it.

Her fair well to the Nazgul is; "I am not a MAN!"

That scene sent chills through my very soul!
