I would like to know, as well. Because of the time difference, maybe they are someplace that isn't closed? I don't know. Guess, I will leave it to the experts. This has been entertaining, but I am waaaay too tired to figure out the wherefores or the whys!
I often wonder, too, about FR's sign up dates. Mine's okay. Other's, I've looked at, ares the day AFTER the fact. Yes, I do check out some posters' sign up dates. :-)
My guess,is that this person is NOT overseas, just signed up after the close off for 1/02/04's time limit.
From what know about colleges and universities here ( and my knowledge about that is limited, I'll grant you ), they send everyone home and lock the doors.
