The Filings were due to close today, Jan. 2, for all Texas races, ..... but they have been extended until Jan. 16 for the US Congressional races only pending a ruling of the court . Thus I guess they are filing under the old districts unless and until the Court rules the new plan is legal..... Then they will have to refile under the new district map..... Who knows
