I'm glad you like your new number!
The names on both lists are actually added in the order that they signed up, so placements change as some people opt out or are no longer here.
I just updated the lists for 2004 and all the longtimers moved up the list.
Only two people have asked to keep a number that they once had (for personal reasons) but they are very high numbers, so they are back in their original places on the list until we get some more Dollar-A-Day Freepers.
