That's totally believable! I remember being a Rush fanatic in high school. If you didn't 'get' Rush, your life was so much more boring. At least we thought.

But I still love 'em!

I remember being a Rush fanatic in high school.

I liked them too, especially Subdivisions. The Burn Outs used to sit in class stoned and draw (endlessly) on their textbook covers. They would draw "Rush" album covers. The other one was Pink Floyd's dark side of the moon. One kid never paid attention, he was too stoned all the time. One day, our teacher showed us a spectrum. You know (ROY G BIV?)

RED
ORANGE
YELLOW
GREEN
BLUE / INDIGO
VIOLET

The kid sat amazed as he stared at the screen of colors, and shouted:

""Whoa! Welcome to the Machine!"
