Mohammad Reza Khatami, deputy parliament speaker and the younger brother of Iranian President Mohammad Khatami, went even further, implying the U.S. response to the earthquake might win an unspecified reciprocal gesture from Iran. Dubya: "Lookie here, Mohammad. You guys are much too busy helping Iranians and rebuilding your country to worry about a bunch of Al Qaeda terrorists. We already have a nice, tropical facility all set up, so why don't we just take those boys off your hands for you?"
