FR is behind on this topic. Not at all. This is merely the latest thread on topic. We are up to date and state of the art in FReepertown.

Where are you going to get the hills fromSince all of the water will be tied up in glaciers, the ocean level will drop far enough to ski off the edge of the continental shelf.
time for lunch but there is nothing in the 'fridge
Don't you have any left over Y2K spam, or are you saving it for after Yellowstone blows?

FR is behind on this topic. Go to my homepage, then click on Links, then scroll down to 'Yellowstone.' Several URL's there!

Now remember....
All of those things "could be" true.
And then again, maybe not. Just because the worst-case scenario "might" happen, is no guarantee that it "will" happen.
Sure, it's best to be prudent, to be careful, and to have a fallout/fallback/cover-up plan.... Even more important the closer you are to the park.
Or other natural hazard, such as the Mt's outside Seattle. Or the earthquake regions in CA. Or the volcanos on the island of HI itself.
but that's prudent anyway.
And, given some basic precaution to help your own family.... What can you do to stop it anyway?

Yes, apparently the lake water level has risen to flood many nearby acres as the lake bottom has gone up.

I must develop my cabin/tent decorating skills in the New Year so I can be of service to the militia community.
I'm just certain they'll need someone to cater the social mixers too.

Good graphics, thank you.
That's the reason they predict it's overdue: the next blast should have already occurred.
But will it begin tommorrow, has it already started to "blow" - but won't release until 4-40-400-4000 years from now?
They don't knwo - but "aren't covering it up" - it's regularly reported on Discover, national geographic specials, and Edu. channels.
Just not in the lamestream media press corpse yet, since it can't be blamed on Bush.
