I'm 75% Italian , and in my family the Anthonys are NEVER called anthony , they are ALWAYS called Toto ,and all of the Guiseppe’s were referred to as Pepe or Pepino(this one was mostly used by the older one’s to call the younger ones ..) haha i love my GIANT family though , and almost all of those apply to me ....
