If a child places his hand on the rangetop while it is hot and gets burned, he quickly learns not to do it again. If a young woman gets pregnant, then has to work to support the child, pay for doctors and delivery, she will not have another without a plan. It is called natural consequences, without them human nature is subverted, perverted and inverted. Liberals, and compassionate conservatives don't understand this.
