Someone on TV last night said Powell had already indicated that he didn't want to be part of the cabinet in '04. My bet is that Cheney will stay on the ticket, but maybe Rice will upgrade to Sec. of State.

Some people say James Baker could be Sec. of State. I think Condi Rice will be.
