If Shays, as chair of the Subcommittee on National Security knows more than Bloomie about the threats and dangers to Time Square on New Years Eve and he neglects to inform Bloomie and his local LE's about it, then Shays is a bigger A-hole than I even imagined.

BTW, Shays knew plenty on the dangers of Clinton during impeachment and yet he failed to act and inform.
