Well that is not Ashcroft's building. It is ours.

Ashcroft is responsible for what goes on in that building. If I put a statue of a naked lady up in my place of business, it is very conceivable I could get sued for sexual harrassment for creating a hostile work environment. Explain what a naked lady has to do with justice?

I remember reading a story about the Ashcroft statue controversy. It was blown way out of proportion, and I can't remember the real reason why he did that. But it was more than just for modesty reasons. I wish I could remember the real reason though.
