Looks an awful lot like Nemo to me. Would be really nice to see Disney lose all the money from Nemo, and have to pay one heck of a fine on top of that. Disney's demise(restructuring) is near hopefully.

I doubt this case will go anywhere unless "Pierrot's" adventures are terrifically similar to those of Nemo, his father Marlin, Dory, et al. in the Disney/Pixar film.

WOW! A total Ripoff! Sharky the Attorney goes...Cha-Ching!
To: Shermy
It does sound, excuse me, quite fishy. Disney has a recent history of ripping people off (spitting on the same IP rights it so tightly guards for itself), so I wouldn't reject this out of hand.

Pierrot doesnt have a "lucky" fin...

the film was finished by the time Le Calvez's first book came out "Finding Nemo" thus legally predates Pierrot, Le Poisson Clown. Game over, Disney/Pixar wins.

Maybe the real Creator should sue...

Shall we order up some cheese with that Disney counter suit against the author for making his books appear to be connected to the Nemo movie?
