Home from work...ready for the big night...

Happy New Year, Carlo! Tuesday evening, I tested for and was awarded my White Belt in Tae Kwan Do! I started it on the 19th of December after three months of Adkins Dieting that stripped off 45 lbs. Now, I am combining Adkins and TKD to move on towards my ultimate goal of 65-75 lbs reduction. I am halfway there and feeling fine!

And, by the way, I used the "Showtime Rotisarie", you know, the "set it and forget it!" machine to do a prime rib roast last evening. As usual, it was superb! I taught my eleven-year old son to do asparagus and he soloed last night.

Who ever said dieting had to be boring?

To my dearest friends, and I might add, my youngest, old friends, a very special HAPPY NEW YEAR. I have an idea that this year will be bring many surprises, of all the wishes that we have tucked away in our hearts.

This year will be the best in a lifetime. Yep.. a lifetime of wishes and prayers answered.. I can't tell you how I know.. but. I just get a feel for this stuff.. I hope you feel it too, but not to worry, you will soon.. Spooky huh?..LOLLOL.. remember I LOVE YOU ALL... sigh.. :)
