He's 'thinking' LEGAL STATUS (or some other hyperbole) is *not* the word amnesty. But it IS the same action, and the results will be the same.......MILLIONS more will come for their 'reward'. If "legal status" means a temporary work permit with fingerprinting, that still doesn't equal blanket amnesty.
