I officially announce that all illegals in this country, including all would-be terrorists, are hearby ordered to leave.
From now on, non-citizens will not be permitted to attend any pilots training course, and they also cannot rent any airplanes , and they are prohibited from possesing any bombs in the United States.
I further announce that no other foreigners will be allowed to live in this country on any visa until a complete criminal background check is done on them and until they are examined to make sure they have no diseases.
