Did you ever attempt to have wine shipped direct to you from an out-of-state winery? A felony in Indiana...many folks aren't aware of laws banning the shipments of out-of-state alcohol.
If you think Indiana is bad, try Texas.
I was talking to an LEO in Texas once, who had previously worked in Indiana, and he told me that he liked the laws in Texas better since he could arrest ANYONE.
