I keep having to pinch myself that this is really happening - if Dean continues, he shall surely capture the Democrat nomination. What worries me is that he will keep shooting off his mouth or demand further that the rest of the Dems play nice or threaten to withhold his supporters' support, if he loses - the Dems en masse may yet awake to the fact that he is a disacter for the Party and that scares me. Let's just hope he keeps on keepin on.

I expect a Clinton-Dean ticket in 2004.

Nah, Dean will go down in an unfortunate plane crash on the end of the campaign trail, and Shrillery will kindly step in to save the party.

You know what the most recent Newsweek proposed, 47 to 47, Bush against unnamed Democrat.

don't forget how many people thought that nominating Clinton was "the death of the democratic party". don't get too optimisitic, this guy will hold a motivated base with him and switch tactics quickly after securing the nomination. Anything could happen between now and the election on the economy, the war, domestic terror, etc.
