I hope you and yours are well. I have some actual questions. Is anyone - any group or organization - doing a particularly good job on relief efforts? Meaning, getting the stuff people need to the people that need it, rapidly, and the like. Also, how many other towns are built of the same materials, with the same potential vulnerability? Is anything being done to modernize structures to be more resistent to quakes? What are the practical obstacles to that, how hard would it be, etc?

The rescue workers from many countries are working there, Turkey, Finland, Germany, China, France and etc.
