Sitting in Alaska we get to see a fair amount of earthquake activity, such as the 7.5 last spring. Maybe we are just well-instrumented. The 6.5 in Cal was the start of a LOT of shaking by comparison.

Tuned around on the radio 2 min ago and heard a 6.0 just hit Japan. Have you heard anything? We came in late in the report and it's possible that they were discussing old news. You hear anything?
