I think his innocence is going to be believed more along the lines of whether or not that person is a fan, regardless of color.

Kinda like thinking that Barbara Streisand is smart.

Not sure about that Burt. Foxnews showed results of a poll in which 50+% of whites believed he was guilty whereas 42% (approx.) of blacks believed he was innocent. I'm sure there were fans included in both numbers.
