At least back then the mafia was considered rogue and illegal. Nowadays the mafia is considered to be legalized.

Funny how you do not attack Vincente Fox's racism and human rights violation in Mexico, and his willful support of blackmailed human trade. We are not talking about mere bootleging here, but terrorism and entire families owing debts of allegiances to their border human passers.
