When they get their paycheck, 7.65% has automatically been deducted for FICA, plus their employer has to kick in another 7.65%. The illegals receive paychecks. Millions of illegals are not standing on street corners, hoping for work. If that were the case, we wouldn't have 9 million-13 million illegals, because America would be an unattractive desitnation. (And I've been in that situation.) Most illegals have steady employment.
