the russian mafia exists because the government bans or restricts gambling and prostitution. colombian mafia exists because of the War On Drugs. 99% of organized crime exist because of government restrictions on something people are willing to pay for.
So any foreigner not only has the right to completely ignore our immigration laws, they can ignore our laws on what can be brought into this country? They can bring any drug, food, medicine --whatever they wish? Can they bring over pirated CDs? Any law at all that inconveniences, they are free to break?
