Well, they can dream while they apply for citizenship legally, instead of breaking our laws and expecting a handout for it. No what you're talking about is chaos. Governments are sovereign for a reason. Sovereignty is required to provide an ordered society and an order society is necessary for survival. It's a successful formula. There has never been a successful society without control of it's boarders.

Look at the number of hospitals in the southwest going

The only reason it's cheap now is because they don't pay taxes.
