Last night there was a "Q&A with the Admin Mod" thread that went on for about 1000 posts. It appeared clear to me that anonymous was not a credible news source and that threads are supposed to based on credible media sources.

Well, what about this one?

Article from The Indian Express
which attributes:
Reuters
which attributes:
A London based mag called al-Majalla
which attributes:
an email from "a little known al Qaeda "member" named Abu Mohammed al-Ablaj
who attributes:
A messenger of bin laden

The alleged "messenger" allegedly says bin laden "will appear on a televised tape after "the operation."

Could anyone point out the "credibility" here?

Does anyone else think this chain of attributions breaks down before there is any credibility?

What would be the next level of attribution? Mad Magazine?
