I strongly agree.
I have some empathy for employer challenges in doing so. But those challenges are nothing compared to the challenges of life and death faced by our military personnel. Any employers playing evil games in such situations should hang their heads in shame and walk around with black hoods to cover their faces. Sheesh!

"But those challenges are nothing compared to the challenges of life and death faced by our military personnel."Moreover, those challenges are nothing compared to facing another, possibly worse, set of terrorist attacks because we sat back and did nothing--as the Clintons proved. Ask the employers who had offices in the WTC on 9/11 which would be more costly: keeping the employee on the books, or letting a couple of passenger airlines crash into their buildings?
