A serious question and it is fortunate we have this kind of insight on FR.

Based on what we know about Clinton (even though we never have had access to his medical records), he suffered from Dupuytren's Disease, The "trigger" does have a certain bend to it so it could be Clinton. But Dupuytren's Disease contraction is usually more pronounced and angular, not a smooth bend.

However, that does not necessarily mean it is Dean. Dean is short and even though there is not a direct correlation between height and length, it is generally true, especially among white males. So, even though the other dem candidates refer to Dean with approbations connected to the member in question, it is probably not him.

Therefore, from the evidence available to us, it is probably neither but a body double.
